That’s my guess. The O/S has stayed in the same range also. For some reason they want PPS at .001 and O/S less than 1 bil. If this company is broke as some are saying, why hasn’t he raised the O/S? Any other company in the OTC would have doubled the O/S and started selling shares by now.
I believe Alex really does have a plan and we will find out pretty soon what it is.
