Imperalis Holding Corp (OTC:IMHC) is pleased to provide this update regarding the Companys recently acquired CannaCure Sciences and market opportunities for its planned lineup of products.

IMHCs wholly-owned subsidiary, CannaCure Sciences, is a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of all natural wellness, skincare and haircare products, made with Hemp and CBD oil.

After a year-long research and development, CannaCure Sciences is pleased to announce the launch of their inaugural product line of CBD and Hemp based skincare and oils. CannaCure Sciences CBD is a full-spectrum hemp extract rich in cannabinoids to promote wellness from the inside out. The CBD offered by the company is completely THC free and is legal in all 50 states.

The company has inventory ready for labeling and shipping for both its oral use CBD oil and its Hemp skincare butters, scrubs, hair oils and creams. All the skincare products are 100% all natural and contain no artificial colors or preservatives. The company decided to eschew traditional perfumes and only blend their creams with organic essential oils like Bergamot, Lavender and Eucalyptus for a clean, uplifting scent.
