There are always two sides to everything and both must be looked at all times to make a better of judgement of the current and future situations. Billy did a nice analogy on a bad way of doing business. Similar can be applied to investing, the bulls here are focusing only on the top line and not paying attention to the bottom line. I totally agree that the revenues QoQ are impressive but when you couple it with the bottom line, it doesn’t look impressive anymore, and in fact looks terrible when added the increasing debt, cash burn rate, and still management gets bonuses. The latter is a red flag in on itself.
Use both Fundamental and Technical Analysis.
