Ronnda was just a sales person, she hit up easy targets to carry Apple Rush - car washes, liquor stores and other small "mom and pops" stores. The revenue those accounts will generate over time is very small, maybe double or triple what they were paying her, who knows, but a couple hundred thousand dollars is SMALL. Those who think she was so important or crucial to the company is wrong. There are many great sales people out there, some of whom can be way better than Ronnda that can land larger accounts. Maybe Leonard Marshall will do something big for the company. Or maybe Tony will land something big. Without something that means Apple Rush will be making millions of dollars more per year, the share price will not sustain multi-pennies unless there is another major catalyst. With the market the way it is, I don't even know if the share structure update will help the share price very much.
