We are making money like crazy ... yet they are issuing shares like even more crazy

Is it possible they are issuing shares and getting out of the toxic loan and are keeping the share price down ....

Then do a 1 for 2 split

Bring the share price to .25 with just over 300 million shares and ....
then bring on all the great news

Seems we would all gain

No money owed
Growing sales
Up list

We were there at that share count and price not two years ago

And the stock went to over .90

The company was much worse off then

If they did a split
Would we be given notice or does it just happen overnight
