Just throwing some thoughts out here....

I’m starting to wonder if the CE is more like a poison pill so they don’t get a hostile takeover and a buyout will be in order when they finally get everything in line. There really is no reason not to address the CE in some way at this point. But if it keeps you from getting steam rolled and taken at an undervalued price then it’s a good strategy.

If they truly do have a TLRY type value that is $3+ a share even with this OS.
