all installs are projected to be self-financed by Qsep as they are not selling units but installing a service....

so it makes sense...

controlling the narrative... mm, really depends on this contract... it does appear to be difficult for the company to reveal exact data, but they could corroborate a % increase / decrease flow rate and, reference their need for chemical diluent...

but, yes, i could see that qsep might like to control when that info gets out, so they have a chance to make it work, attend to glitches etc...

they can still send the data to an independent analysis - independent of qsep and the company...

lots of ways it could go...

so, in your world, this whole thing is a scam, and this is another big play to get shareholders to give them money? doesn't really make sense... does it?

it totally makes sense that this is not as transparent right now, but hopefully it will be soon
