"Emotion is one thing and facts with data is something else"

Emotion: I'm attached to this stock because I've been pumping it forever and it keeps going down.

Facts: There's no way to know what's true w/ this company because financials are just numbers Berman claims to shareholders. An Audit by a reputable accounting firm (not another 'lawyer letter') would go a long way to providing much-needed fact.

There's no such thing as "DD" without verified financials. Sub-penny stocks have runs based on hype. Hype of 'deals', share-restructure, etc.

Berman knows this, and he will keep tweeting and PUMPing 'deals', share-restructure, whatever else he imagines will work.

Maybe something will be exciting enough to move this stock; it's happened before, will possibly happen again. But it WON'T be because anything Berman says is true.
