Could it be

that they split the costs? with QSEP fronting this end of the install, they also need to establish install costs which they won't have had a chance to do til now...

to me, this is not so alarming, QSEP have faith that it's going to work, and be a good demo site for potential commercial contracts to be nailed...

this is fascinating really, it would be great to see the whole project laid out, and explained, hopefully, they will do that... at some point...

I don't think we know the terms of the refundability, which is another shame but I can sense that they are keeping things to themselves as they are inexperienced at this juncture of the enterprise, and they need to cut their teeth and be able to claim expertise of the commission and install and functionality process - so yes.... to me, I feel this is positive, they needed to spend some money to move this forward... how would any other company jump on board first? they needed a demo site - and, it's mid-May and we have one, it's just a question of time, to see how these details pan out... it can't be a disaster or else they wouldn't have gone for it yet... so, there's a ton of confidence here... is it misplaced? we shall see!!!

I've been down about it over the years, but today, I'm feeling my profile name.
