so XREG takes UBQU debt:

that implies XREG plans on absorbing UBQU entire.

however, I am truly dumb, need advice.
also soon I may be away from trading so might not be able to get into XREG t right time..or time it too well.

what do UBQU longs recommend?
1- hold UBQU ...all value of shares will be transferred, or UBQU stock will move prior to absorption to xreg
2- sell UBQU as soon as possible, buy XREG
3- hold UBQU but buy XREG. by the time UBQU transfers in equal value to XREG, XREG will get it's pop and no real gain in the original UBQU stakes will not be realized.

any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
