Why push it to the limit though? None of these people are new to the rules and regs. I am trying to fit the pieces together. And they just don't quite mesh. It seems they would be anxious to get those filings out as soon as possible and put the question of whether they can deliver or not behind them. I see so many things up in the air and they are dwarfing what was delivered. Maybe some staff changes need to be made?
