Mark Smith and his hand-picked team of professionals have been working 24/7 for the last 5 yrs.

Not entirely accurate.

Mark is involved with two other companies. One being CEO of Largo Resources and the other being Chairman of IBC Advanced Alloys in addition to his NioCorp duties.

Jim Sims is the Director of Investor and Public Relations with IBC Advanced Alloys, Director of Corporate Communications of Neo Performance Materials in addition to his NioCorp duties.

So, you see, it would be impossible for them to dedicate 24/7/365 to Niocorp like you said.

Just in case you didn't know of their other duties.
