What date will we know if Attis is going to being delisted on?

IMHO, the market for Attis stock seems to think that that company won't be delisted. It's up almost 9½% since yesterday's close, but the one year chart shows a lot of volatility, so you can't reasonably expect to see the current price continue tomorrow.

This is just my 2¢ worth.
