I have very thick skin, I can take it. Its expected.
I was hand selected to bring the stock from where it is now, into prosperity. A plan is in place. I ask that you provide me the time and latitude to execute such plan, that is measured by metrics and backed by prosperous deals secured to improve our bottom line. Over the next few weeks you will begin to notice a positive changes in the company.
MY PHILOSOPHY-
Being a recently retired NAVY Chief, that was selected into the Navy's ELITE CRF Force has taught me many things, one of those many thing things is to be TTG, Trained to GO.
What that means to you as share holders is... I am not just involved but committed to ADHC and its success. It is my duty to perform on a daily basis day in and day out, not unlike a Navy Mission. I eat sleep and breathe ADHC. I may move in silence. I don't get paid to talk. I get paid to deliver YOU (the shareholders) RESULTS.
NOTHING I DO IS FLY BY NIGHT. EVERY DEAL MADE IS VETTED, ANALYZED WITH METRICS, COVERED IN REDUNDANCY PLANS, THEN RAN THROUGH EXTENSIVE OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT PROTOCOLS in order to lessen risks, to identify risk that we cannot lessen, but to also have a plan in case of situations presenting itself.
