That's one possibility, but remember, Delfin is not entirely dependent on China. Sure they, and every other LNG player want China, but they have contracts with other countries as well.

I guess time will tell. I'm sure sure why it would take 17 months now to figure this all out. Again, it's a huge project and company, I get it. However, when this happens, it will be huge!
