This is not a news drop that is why nothing happens. Penny stocks have evolved past the "promo" Press releases. When the quartiles come out with financial statements backing up all the press releases then we will see. Spoke to the CEO, Meir, yesterday, yes he actually took my call and the conversation was encouraging. All back filings are being done to get up to date and then we will see moving forward the seriousness of this merger / buyout of GRCV and Yuka. I am going to start loading up for Mondays opening bell.
