The Volume is So Low that it doesn't matter. It's Not Material.

We should all stick to Substance Over Form...look at Fundamental Data as opposed to Quick Analysis.

With Veltex, We are "Fundamental" Traders as Opposed to "Analytical" Traders for now.

1.) We already know how Very Attractive the Deferred Tax Asset is and how a Company Combining with Veltex Stands to Gain a Great Deal from Utilizing the Deferred Tax Asset of Veltex.

2.) We also Expect that Veltex will be in the Very Fortunate Position of Deriving the Income Stream from the Organization it Combines with.

It appears to be a Good Fit that Benefits all sides, Both Veltex and the Company Combining with Veltex (even though We don't even know Which Company it will be yet and When it'll happen)

Like We've been asking, "Who & When?"

Seems like We won't have any idea until after the Shareholders' Meeting, right? We just have to wait and see what happens after these next Couple of Months or more.
