Related Party Transactions:

As at December 31, 2018, the Company was owed $1.4 million from Ken Clement, a former director of
the Company (December 31, 2017 - $nil) for income taxes payable by the Company on his behalf in
connection with the redemption of RSUs, which amount was subsequently settled by the return to
treasury for cancellation of 600,000 Shares owned by Mr. Clement.
In 2018, $1.7 million of loans receivable was assigned to a company controlled by Mr. Clement and has
been fully repaid.
