Nobody's heard of Veltex. No broker follows Veltex. There isn't that much stock around for this selling. At some point whoever it is, will be finished. The market cap of Veltex is so low that it give little to no value to the tax asset (which is massive) I think if this gets much lower you could see a LBO by management. Thoughts?
