I would think so, as someone certainly had a lot of confidence to buy $200K dollars worth @ .75. Could be one of those situations like .40 - .50 where it didn't seem like it would ever get out of that range, with those huge blocks constantly thrown up on the ask.....then the next thing you know it's .75 cents.....this could be the next loading level.

Too risky for me at this point but still watching.

It's hard to call a ticker that has run from .15 - .80 cents disappointing, but this one feels that way to me. Had the trading been handled better, this could have been a couple bucks by now, and the private placement could have then been done at much higher prices.
