That said, R/S aren't always scary or the worst thing in the world... Depending on what surrounds them and what happens next...

In some respect, if a stock is diluting, after a R/S, they don't have to dilute as much do to the higher price per share they'll aquire afterwards... Though every share diluted will hurt those of us in here before any R/S more than it would before a R/S... So it does need to be calculated and controlled... But not the end of the world...

It's also not uncommon for R/S to occur during the closing of mergers...
