They can write anything in their PRs, they're protected by the Safe Harbor Statement which has been worded very creatively in recent months.
Without the Safe Harbor Statement, many of these scams wouldn't exist for long periods.
I also noticed on the Bella Buds, Inc. website that their products are not FDA approved so we have only their word that their products are what they claim.
It is has been revealed in recent days that several alleged CBD distributors/retailers are not living up to the claims they are making about their products.
Oh and BTW, there's nothing in Bella Buds, Inc. website that shows Rushnet owns Bella Buds, Inc. or how Rushnet acquired them.
