The PPS is not moving up because MMs are playing their games.
Trading shares, throwing up walls, etc.
MMs have to make money too.
Good thing is, usually when you see this type of MM manipulation, there’s a reason for it.
That reason, imo being the 10K release.
And, usually a big spike in PPS ensues once they are done.

All is well here,
Just patiently waiting on the 10K drop. That’s all.
