Thus the increasing price at the pump. Eventually refiners are going to have to start buying crude to address the upcoming summer driving season. (Which is supposed to be a record breaker). Ohh......and later this year diesel falls under new regulatory standards. Supply will have to be exhausted and completely reformulated. Just my two cents.
