nohomerun.....There is one more factor about MMTIF i should bring to your attention.

And that is the present business model of the company.
The company licenses out the right to use the technology to the company intending to use it. The company who has the license then contracts with another company to manufacture the unit and negotiates the price with that company. Then the manufacturer builds, warehouses, and then ships units as directed by user to the installation destination and bills the user. The user sends a royalty payment to MMTIF.

So MMTIF does not tie up capital in all these aspects making and selling the product. Some call this "mailbox money" This has other advantages for MMTIF directly as this model once they get into business will have a mucher higher PE ratio for their stock than the traditional " Make it, store it, sell it and service it" model.
