This MOU is good as gold because Framotome is the company that is backing it through Enfisson.

Where else is NuScale going to go for fuel?

Framotome is the 64,000 pound gorilla in the room. If they are backing the MOU, then the deal is solid.

LTBR's stock price should also reflect the magnitude of this MOU with a strong rally to the upside.
