Notice they filed does not state fifteen days after it says

"will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date".

Im pretty sure that means it has to be filed today or before today per their notice. It does not state that they have fifteen days to file it. It means it's due on or before the fifteenth calendar day.
