There is NO JURY... PERIOD...LMAO...NONE....

There is continued disinformation being propagated that there will somehow be a "Jury" and/or a "jury trial" in this mass train wreck fiasco?????

TOTAL BULLSHIT MYTH....this is administrative law on regulatory issues already well tested in the courts- AND the defendants already waived their right to a jury and the Judge already ordered it DONE. PERIOD.

"The case shall proceed as a NON JURY TRIAL".....PERIOD.

AND....AND...that's IF it ever gets to a "trial" stage which it likely WILL NOT.

There are dual PENDING MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT which the judge can make her ruling on AT ANY TIME, on ANY DAY RIGHT NOW...no "June 10th" or whatever bullshit date is being bantered about...

The case is "WITH THE JUDGE" right now...pending RULING ON MOTIONS RIGHT NOW...it's "waiting" on nothing and on no future dates- a judge can take as much time as they want to rule on motions, it's entirely up to their schedule and time and their law clerks drafting their final decisions etc.

NO JURY TRIAL - it's a MYTH and A FALSE NARRATIVE. This case likely ENDS ANY DAY NOW WITH SUMMARY JUDGEMENT (Consent Decree) GOING AGAINST U.S. Stem Cell Inc and Kristin Comella and the clinic...

Their long, long time biz partner and co-defendant Theodore Gradel ALREADY WILLINGLY SIGNED THE CONSENT DECREE AND TOOK IT...using the same legal council as Comella and gang....he ran like escaping a nuclear holocaust...and it OUT....
