One of many responses. They were VERY interested in that flow through financing Ben Ward created...apparently illegal in Canada...Aye?

Mr. Currah’s involvement in Sarissa was hidden from Sarissa investors through the company’s Nio-Star subsidiary. Although Mr. Currah was involved in the solicitation of capital and other duties for Sarissa he wasn’t an officer or a director. He apparently was also the investor relations contact using the alias Lorne Dingle. Additionally, other Ontario private companies were used to perform services. For example, Chapleau Birch Holdings, Keevil/Currah Partnership, and many others. Payments were made to his wife and children as well.

Related to your question of Mr. Currah's involvement, over the weekend, I was looking at my files and thought the following might be of interest as well. These links provide additional evidence of Mr. Currah’s involvement in Sarissa and other issuers during the period of Mr. Currah’s OSC Ban.

Lastly please see the below email from Mr. Currah to an investor in Sarissa while Mr. Currah was soliciting investments in Sarissa which details the shareholdings of many of the people involved here.
