I’m writing to ask some follow-up questions with respect to your complaint about Andrew Currah.



1. To begin, can you please ascribe rough dates to the events you set out below?

2. Next, can you please elaborate on why you believe Mr. Currah was acting as a “Controlling Mind” of Sarissa Resources and/or Joshua Gold?

3. Do you know why shares were never issued to investors in Shining Tree? Who were the key individuals involved in the Shining Tree private placement?

4. You say that Scott Keevil and Ben Fuschino purposely hid Mr. Currah’s involvement in order to orchestrate a pump and dump scheme. Do you suspect that a pump and dump of Sarissa Resources shares actually occurred? If so, when?

5. Do you have reason to believe that Mr. Currah, or any other individual, may be involved in trading misconduct related to shares of Canadian Cannabis Corp.? Please explain.

6. Do you have any information about Mr. Currah’s current activities – where he works, his role, etc.?
