Of course you are right, except the MM’s keep manipulating the ask... just let the market set the PPS. They have all the control. I’m surprised TF you don’t recognize that....stacking the bid is a counter productive play. E-Trade has to allow on line trading for us to run., why? Because to many OTC investors use E-Trade and they will kill any momo we have just like they did when we were running before... AIl IMHO.
