I am trying to understand the basic math used to justify such a claim. Can anyone elaborate?

While we are at it, I must have also missed the public apologies from those who made baseless claims of a TTCM promotion and then failed to source their claims when it was called out as buffoonery.

How about an apology from those who incorrectly claimed TTCM would drop from .0004 to .0001.
