10Q NT means they are working on it with new accounting firm which is positive . No filing tomorrow what so ever (meaning GXXM has closed up shop) and the bottom drops out .

Tomorrow will be a telling as I believe we are much closer to the end of the beginning here and the company will start letting the cat out of the bag with updates...

Once they start updating or releasing any news we can quickly figure out what is happening behind the curtains . Which is why they were told to go in quiet mode in the first place .

Wouldn't surprise me if they didn't realize note holders where going to make this drop below all support levels so they raised AS to bring in new note holders to gobble up the old note holders shares for cheap . Another words they gave new notes out for cash and used some of the cash to buy up the old notes for dirt cheap while reorganizing the company . Kind of a share buyback in a way by locking up the SS even tho it's much larger .

Let's see what happens tomorrow and see how she trades in coming weeks . Does she trade thin or thick ?
