I worked for this company before, I logged Wells as they are being drilled. This company along with Goodrich petroleum used to drill the shale in Mississippi area. They this client drills shale then they frac it and produce oil or gas. Same as CHK Chesapeake. The oil industry is not doing so well at the moment. Some of these companies are filling for BK but who knows where HK is heading.
