Just to keep it real here. As far as I understand you have 12 months after you file a Provisional Patent. If its been two years since you filed one you may be SOL??

In that case SGMD may have a shot?? lol But even then I dont think anythings protected until a patent is actually granted so guess its first to cross the finish line?

Like I said im more focused on the acquisitions than this AI stuff, it can happen later after Biz,Hydro,sky and Hempistry come together.

None the less it would be cool tech and a great product if SGMD can pull it off to team up with Hempistry and other farms across the world :D.
