He has pled guilty to securities fraud - charges include pump & dump schemes he was involved in between June 2013 - February 2018.
The promoters were paying Goldberg approximately $250k to issue fake news - all the co-conspirators were in on the P&D, only Goldberg’s victims were unaware the PRs were fraudulent. He released at least 7 false PR’s to entice traders to buy into his spiel by buying INOH stock.
It was mentioned there is a Large number of victims in this case.
