I won't be surprised at all. I asked the same question"does a company have an obligation to let the shareholders know that they are buying back shares?" - I never got an answer.

It would be great if the mgmt put out a PR (in addition to a great Q numbers) with:

Toxic Notes are done
Friendly Notes paid off or not and issue till 2020
Buying back shares.
