18317 shares traded after hours at 11% gain from close is NOT meaningless especially for a stock that almost never trades much after hours. These included lots of 8770 shares @$.6989; 2997 @$.70 ; 1273 @$.70; 1494 @$.70 as well as many smaller lots @ $.69- $.70.
What do these after hours traders know that we do not know?
