Immune Bankruptcy is coming. I in my older age keep in touch with some people I grew to know and love while trading. Many life long friends have been made and appreciated. One in particular is very keen on IMUN and has been for many eons. I myself only hold 100,000 shares from 2017.

He informed me today, and with his permission I can create a post about it, that IMUN is going to enter bankruptcy proceedings and has already been processing the documents to enable it. Apparently they were ready to do a reverse split at these absurd levels and try some cockamanie new idea and instead couldn't sell that to the important peoples/debt holders so they are headed the C-11 route.

My friend said he was incredibly pleased with this as it is a means to an end and that end is getting rid of NG. The debt can be erased, the horrendous management replaced, and a new company can be found to come in with what is still a pleasant share structure. It is my understanding that is already being planned out.

I would think this would please many, and upset a few.

A word of caution. I would not take anyone like myself or any trader here for their word and instead get official notice from the company before making any decisions in regards to their holdings. I am exhilarated if this works as Immune was going no where fast with the imbeciles there are running this company.
