Also, whats your view on the 2 sets of preference shares.

The first set gives GP and SR 3.25 shares for every one in the main OS. So really for every share diluted they really are creating 4.25 new shares. In that sense the real OS is closer to 1.3 Billiion TODAY.

The other class holds all the voting rights (I believe), not sure what the conversion is on those.

Think on this, they give a note holder say 100 million shares, they are giving themselves another 325 million. That dosnt sound like a good deal for the shareholders.

Dosnt really impact them when they RS either. I would say it was brilliant, if not such a SCAM.
