Nothing against you AP or couple others serious longs

What I'm going to say is going to sound like twisted logic, but here goes.

I figure it doesn't matter how any of us vote, for the management of CVSI holds over 40% of the shares and they will get whatever they are asking for.

I voted 'NO' on Mona and the Evergreen, hoping that when they see the large number of 'No' votes they will at least sit up and pay attention that a lot of stockholders are signaling "don't get too greedy too fast". My version of 'psychological warfare'. I'm all for management getting what they deserve, but I feel it's still too early in the game to be giving themselves huge rewards.

I'm long on this stock and firmly believe in it like you do. Give me another year and if they get this stock to where I think it should be then I'll vote them a shitload of money after that.

I usually am right with you on all things discussed on this board. Sorry that this time is different. BUT . . . remember what I said. Our 'No' votes are not going to defeat anything . . . only draw their attention that we are watching.
