With today's filing again the outcome remains ambiguous. Are they setting up for shutdown and taking cash for their assets or are they just buying time for a nice surprise? Place your bets lol. It is positive that investors keep giving them cash but we need to know what is being done with the cash otherwise they are just selling their assets through this method and allowing default.
