Good Point!!!! Fidelity locks down trading (buying) when they go to the OTC stop sign, delinquent SEC reports level. Charles Schwab will let you buy. I forget what the Other 2 main brokers allow. I think one lets us buy the other does not, not sure. I left Fidelity over that exact crap.

The best time to buy is under this situation. Total BS that Fidelity does that crap. But Fidelity will let people sell while they starve the market of bids with their BS games.

That makes these lows even more evidence of a bottom and good buy, and volume has spiked way up too.
