-Insiders hold 1/3 of OS!
-Market cap is a crazy low 1 million(undervalued!)
-Pending Reverse Merger per 10k
-Pending name change that has been approved by proxie
-Actually went up to .185 last January!
-Recently almost hit .01 in the last few weeks when BTC started to move upward.
-CEO and many insiders as of January are sitting on 10s of millions of long term capital gains common shares.
-Just obtained new financing that looks to be a potential bridge loan to some sort of event or plan in July or prior.

And interestingly, CEO is purposely NOT PUMPING this stock. Which IMHO implies that he is working for the insiders and not retail AT THIS POINT and wants it to fly under the radar while he is building it. Once the CEO decides with whatever end plan he has to flip that switch the other way, well, you can imagine what might happen if the timing is right. IMHO it is a good one to be sitting in when that happens!
