The BIG assumption is that GXXM = PR345, which is being taken over (bought, merged, etc.) with MMMM. The assumption is based on the address for PR345 being the same as that of GXXM and some of the names are the same.

We have not seen anything showing us that GXXM = PR345 so far. Name changes take a lot longer than we think. If GXXM comes out and says that they are changing their name to PR345, then the question becomes 'what is GXXM/PR345 pps going to be'?

Please correct me if I am wrong.
