He probably doesnt know the answer. Very few 'ihubbers' read filings. Admittedly I try, but usually cant follow them all the way through and give up. I wonder if most penny filings are deliberately convoluted or just that way because of all the toxic debt.

Anyone have a clue as to how close a signed, announced JV might be?

The co did put out a PR indicating a JV was imminent and would equate to product sales within 6 months -- over six months ago.

Its not unreasonable for longterm retail bagholders like me to want to know why nothing has happened yet. I know loosers like me are probably a punchline at management's "diligent" meal-meetings but, seriously....
