For sure.... Per the Conf Call this morning...
the fact that they'd say absolutely nothing about the sales process seems like a good sign to me. Like they are negotiating with 1-2 very interested parties. But that's just my speculation. If they were continuing on some initial bids, second bids etc process I'd have thought they'd give at least a little details.

Must be serious discussions underway!!
