Only SECURED classes of Preferred tock are being cancelled, not all preferred stock. Can't believe I never noticed that until today. Of course you have to put the re-organization filings that was filed years ago, together with current information.

That is B and C preferred shares which are secured by the mining assets. They will take the mining assets and probably something else and get cancelled. The rest of the preferred shares stick around.
