6 things have to happen before the merger is even official. I am thinking they could report another merger or big revenue and maybe even a number seller in their market on Amazon. Think about it, the CEO holds major majority of shares right now. Ask yourself, if this was going trips don't you think he would sell most of those before that happened? CEO not selling! Here's your sign! Besides that even way down the road, the shares these scare bashers are talking about, are bought shares not going to be diluted into the stock. The par value changes not added shares.
