At this point late isn't the issue. Because BDO was hired after the previous auditor withdrew, USAT has not filed since the Q3 2018 - 03/31/18.

They are restating some of the filed 10Q's and maybe even some 10K's. Who knows how far back BDO has to go. It could be years or just months.

In any event, I am looking forward to the restatement and the likelihood that we learn revenues have kept trucking along, and maybe the principle was only when USAT was realizing income.

That would be a dream come true.
